Neighbors take on crime
By day, the Lighthouse Park neighborhood north of the Blue Water Bridge is quiet and mostly crime-free. In the summer, tourists and local residents descend on the beach to swim in Lake Huron and watch freighters slip under the bridges while their children play in the park.
